Cancellation Policy

At Bay Beauty, your appointments are very important. Each appointment is reserved especially for you, and I understand that sometimes schedule adjustments are necessary.

  • Notice Required: We kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice for any cancellations or changes to your appointment.

  • Late Cancellations: Appointments cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice may incur a charge of 50% of the booked service.

  • No-Shows: Clients who do not attend their appointment without notice will be charged 100% of the service cost.

  • Running Late: If you are running late, please let us know as soon as possible. We will do our best to accommodate you, but your treatment may be shortened to avoid impacting other clients.

  • Deposits: A booking deposit may be required for some treatments. This will be credited towards your service but is non-refundable if the cancellation policy is not met.

By booking an appointment with us, you agree to these terms. This ensures fairness to both our clients and your therapist.


Gift Vouchers Policy

  • Vouchers are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash.

  • Vouchers are valid for services only, unless otherwise agreed to in writing by Bay Beauty.

  • Vouchers must be presented at the time of your appointment.

  • Vouchers cannot be replaced if lost, stolen, or expired.

  • Vouchers are valid for 3 years from date of purchase in accordance with Australian Consumer Law.

  • Voucher bookings are subject to availability and must be made in advance.

  • Our cancellation policy applies to all appointments booked with a voucher. Missed or late-cancelled appointments may result in the voucher being voided.
